What's involved in facilitating a Learning Team?
Logistics of a Learning Team
To effectively facilitate a learning team the following is needed:

-
Time with your workers (at least two(2) hours). The more time to learn the better.
-
Five (5) to Seven (7) workers who do the task or activity etc. you would like to learn about or post event - all of the workers involved in the event plus others who do the same tasks, work or activity. *Note - Supervisors, Managers etc are not permitted. A seperate session can be held for leaders to attend.
-
A room (not a Supervisor's/ Manager's office), that can accomodate 5 - 7 people with chairs and desks.
-
A large whiteboard with whiteboard markers or alternatively butchers paper
-
Catering - depending on the length of the session, food is always recommended as an inclusion (if possible).
NOTE - Learning Teams held post event should be held as soon as possible after the event e.g. immediately after (e.g the next day or two).
