Incident Investigation Masterclass

Service Description

This masterclass provides attendees with practical hands on tools and techniques to help not only investigate a variety of events, but learn from them as well. Based on modern safety science principles, the masterclass starts with a focus on understanding human error and encourages participants to challenge their own views on blame and accountability. Whilst this masterclass does encompass elements of ICAM, this is not purely an ICAM course as it weaves it's way through gathering data and context, sensemaking, humble inquiry, learning teams and restorative culture. All attendees will walk away as Lead ICAM Investigator along with Learning Teams Facilitator Certification and Microcredentials. This masterclass is run over 6 weeks (2 hours per session).
